At the time this happened I followed what the Elders told me to do. But I knew they were wrong. We just tried putting out of our mind. Before this happened my girl slept in her room with the lights off. For over a year she had to sleep with us with the lights on. She started to pee the bed something she never did before the rape. We just p retended nothing happened and never realy handle it at the time except we told her that it was wrong and she had the right to feel hurt. Also to tell us if anyone ever did that to her again. Me being a drone thought at the time I was a good dad protecting Jehovah.

Please check out the statute of limitations in your state, as Aviashi suggested.

Thanks all of you. I tell you something else about the congregation. We had a new brother move in and we became friends my wife never trusted him. I thought she was overly protective. He had children of his owen so I thought he was safe. I say it now nothing happened but it could have. He is registered second degree sex offender. Know one knew for three years until the law caught up with him. What pissed me off the PO knew he had the records. I let this man baby sit my kids.
