I replace whenever I get a hole that is big enough to feel airy with no pants on or when there's a brown streak down the middle. This can be anywhere from two weeks to a year depending on what I've eaten and how well my toilet paper supply hold up. Ha ha ha, just kidding. Really, how do you answer a question like this?
