I have written a few times. They generally refer it back to your local Branch Office to reply. You can be in for a long wait but I have received replies. The content has not always been what I wanted though. They can be condescending and dismissive.

When I wrote about the Rand Cam thing, I did not initially get a reply, so a while later I wrote again. Eventually I got a reply direct from Patterson!

I have not written then but when I call the same brother on the UN and 607BCE date he told me to write requesting the material to support data that they do not publish. UN did email me back with response that there had been no change and NGO membership was not required for library access, which I already knew. Elder called me the other night to encourage me to go the Ministry School, told him I was currently in the process of studying with my bible, Greek Interlinear, King James Bible and did not see that going to meeting to figure out how to mark the boxes for the week for family study would help me compared to what I was studying at home that night. I know it is only a matter of time. Told Elder of my conversations with WTS and that I had to write for more information, he thought that was really good!!!! Am I missing something here????

CoonDawg do you have the link for further information on the Canada lawsuit? I would like to access more details, so any additional information would be appreciated.

    Peace, Sheri

I have. I have gotten responses to various letters over the years. Only the UN/DPI response reads like a form letter.

    Coinky-dink? Methinks not.

all the brave people in this thread! kudo's!

my letter was very simple, and i did not expect a response. it was:

To: Watchtower Bible and Tract Society,

    It's not the truth.

    Regards,
    Josh Folden

it's funny. my mom asked me not to write the society because she did not want me to "rock the boat" in case i ever wanted to come back. i just said "sure mom".

I did, but I received no reply from the Society. They told the local elders

to make a call on me to discuss my letter. When I saw they had and of

course read my private letter to the Society I was furious. I felt betrayed

as this dealt w/my son's state as a disapproved associate when this was

practiced in the '80's. They were with us for awhile and the conversation

made a full circle. Same o same o. I had had it by then.

Ive never written, I guess I never thought it would be worth it. By the looks of things no-one has gained anything from it. I might have done if i thought it would make a difference.

The way I looked at it, I got to tell them for once, just what I thought. I had been "listening" to them for 30 years. It was my turn.

I also figured that someone would have to read it, and if only that "one' would do so, then maybe one seed would be planted too.

Many times over 15 year period saved all of my express, priority, certified mail receipts.I even sent hand delivered western union telegrams back in the old days before emails.

NEVER had a reply regarding my grievances. That's their default because the jury will see it all Judge when it all comes back to haunt them.
