I decided to learn how to make crepes. Today, I made some crepes with spinach, artichokes, cheese and sausage; some with cream cheese and jam; peach crepes, chicken and cheese........
I got an electric crepe maker, it's so easy to use!

Sally, when you say 'peach', do you mean as in "peaches & cream".... mmmmm, my mom used to make those for a treat when we were kids. Crepes filled with sliced peaches, folded into whipped cream.

One time years ago Martha Stewart made them on her show. I was watching it because instead of pronouncing crepes like it should, she called them CRAPS. It was so funny!
I want one with cherries in the middle and whipped cream on top!

Bananas and honey sounds soooooooooooooo yummy. Tonight we (me and Teryn) are making them with corn meal instead of flour and then using a taco style hamburger meat with cheese!!
