I am not sure which pawn of Satan really is in charge but if you ring up the WTBTS in Crooklyn, NY and ask I am sure one of the vipers living in that den of snakes will be able to point you in the right direction as long as they don't think you are affiliated with the media or us terrible WT apostates.

I don't think the WTS makes that information public. The don't want anyone to know who is writing their material... they don't even list the author of any of their articles or publications.

There have been instances where this info has been reported on the board. Just don't remember where it was.
It is true they don't say who writes particular atricles, but some must know which GB member is in charge of that dept. I mean everyone knows TJ is in charge of the service dept.
