My meeting attendance was as sporatic as I could make it, since my parents were forcing me to attend meetings. I gave a talk in the TMS on my last meeting. I kinda wish I knew it would be my last meeting, but I had no clue. The feeling of freedom didn't take place until I finished my shepherding call with the Elders and put an end to it all. I felt even more freedom when I moved out of my parents' house. It felt weird not having any kind of preparation going on in the house on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.

that's how I felt during a beautiful Saturday in field service about 9 years ago. I asked myself "what in the hell am I doing here?" I slowed down and waited until the group got way ahead of me and then took off in my car!
LOL! Sounds like something I would have done. I would've loved to see the looks on their faces!
