My childhood dog was called Papoose. Seriously. So I used to shorten it to pap or paps. LOL till someone told me that is another word for boobs.
My dog is called Monty. Also we call him puppy, cockle and montgomerie. One of my cats is called Moo.

as a small child my nickname was 'boots', given to me by one of my mom's friends. i am still fond of the name, though it has been a long long time since anyone called me that.

I named my cat after Bucky from Get Fuzzy. He was named sylvester for about 2 weeks, but he got a very bad abcess on his tooth, which made it protrude from his mouth....therefore........
We named our pitbull puppy, Marv, after Marv on Sin City...since he's the biggest bad ass in the series. no pics of him yet, though....
