I listen to classical at night to ease my nerves.

My favorite is Gershwinn's American in Paris - at least I think thats what its called...

    and Beethoven.

Miss Saigon? How about "still in Saigon" by Charlie Daniel's Band.

That's a good one, I also like Vivaldi's Four Seasons,
Rachmananoff puts me to sleep, but the orchestration is visually beautiful

    opera....madame butterfly -
Not an opera fan, but I love the costumry. I'd have to say Pirates of Pensance
And who can resist the fat lady (the Valkyri of The Ring) when she sings?

    ballet...swan lake -
    The Nut Cracker Suite,
    Ballancines Romeo and Juliette
    Zircus Wiel

    musical....miss saigon -
    Cats, Cabaret, Stomp

As with many in my agegroup, I was introduced to Classical Music and the Opera and other "Literature" through Saturday Morning cartoons.... when we weren't out in field service.
