My stories.... other than what few tidbits I've shared on other threads I'll have to wait before divulging more.

However, most jc's are pretty straight by the book. It's not most JCs that are odd, it's the lame reasons we used to have them. I still can't believe I was so judgmental and unfeeling. That will be the hardest legacy to live with.

I really thought I was helping.

At an elder's meeting with the C.O., he shared with us his an experience he was somehow involved in. A JC of three elders was meeting with a "sister" (not sure what about) and they ended up raping her. She went to the other elders but no one believed her because the three scumbag elders denied the whole thing.

Anyway, years later one of the elders spilled the beans and all three were kicked out. Somehow I think he was trying to relate to us how Jehovah takes care of things in time. Yeah, nice example jackass. Just made me wonder what else these asshole had done before "Jehovah took care of the matter."

That really sounds like one of the Watchtower's made-up stories to reinforce the idea that Jehovah is behind what the organization does and will expose "wrongdoing"(TM) in his own time. Any normal sister - even the vast majority of the braindead types - should know enough to call the police if she were raped by three elders in a JC meeting. And the idea that one would come forward after many years is just absurd.

What would you say if your cell phone called an elder while you were wildly committing fornication--and he faced you with it?

I would hang up the phone and never speak to him again. Besides the fact that I owe them nothing, that's just embarrassing! How could they prove it was actually sex, anyway? Maybe he was watching a porno? LMAO!

I'd say, "that wasnt me having sex... Me have sex??? no no no that was a porno I was watching my friend"

Isnt it strange that we say "having" sex? Shouldnt it be "doing" "giving" "getting" instead of having?

    I dunno, Im just sayin

what about 'my phone was stolen and then whoever had it decided to phone someone in the contacts while they were having sex in the car..just for a laugh.. and it just happened to be an elder.....and than they phoned me to tell me they had found my phone and gave it back to me knowing it would be thought to be me'

You may be right Neon. However, the C.O. that "shared" this experience wasn't saying it was something he heard from Crooklyn. If I remember correctly he said it happened it the circuit he served in right before coming to our circuit.

Lot of threads about sexual misconduct today. Sounds like jw's are more morally corrupt than the average person to me. Maybe it's just reading this all today. I'm already disgusted with the whole org. Now all this too! My husband is even more of dumbass than I thought before, and that's considerable. carla

I guess it's possible that it really happened, but it also wouldn't be the first time I've seen a CO claim that a certain event was within his personal experience, only to hear from others all around the country that they had heard the same from their CO's.
