I started a somewhat tongue in cheek, perhaps slightly anti-USA thread yesterday. I was really playing 'devil's advocate', so here is a chance to redress the balance.
I think the USA is great because .....
It has a history of welcoming migrants and people fleeing oppression from other lands. It has not only given these people a home but integrated them into society and the fabric of its culture. God bless America for this.
