Given this grumpy old man's knee-jerk judgmentalism, I wouldn't mind betting he has an extremely low-threshold definition of pornography, seeing it everywhere - even in Time and Newsweek magazines. I wonder what his view is of the by-now infamous May 15 2005 Awake! cover that depicts in full colour a smiling JW family self-consciously running through a (wheat?)field wearing just tops and short pants? On my God! Where is their desire to preach as they run - not one name badge in sight? Where is their Christian modesty? Even Dad's pants are briefer than his daughters! Eek! Was this the pornography he was alluding to? Has circulation increased...er, of the magazine I mean?
This dupe sounds like the embodiment of the GB spirit, overmoralistic obsessed with the letter of the law, everything has to be in perfect order, but they won't do anything to help people, they just like to boss everyone around.
A very sterile, irritating, impractical and boring approach to the issue of life.

What if secretly GL is trying to destroy the WT. And so he gives these talks where he expesses pet pieves that won't alarm fellow GB members but is designed to discredit the whole body? And then there is alway the wild possiblity that he is a double agent working for the Austrian secret service.

Interesting tidbit on Gerrit Losch:
He was known in bethel to be a chronic suntanner on the roof of the residence bldgs. in his speedos. This was about 10 yrs ago, i wonder if he still does that? Talk about porneia....
