I do. So does Rod Stewart.
I like Clarins the best. It moisturises beautifully and leaves my skin as soft as a baby's bottom.
Incredibly kissable too.

As a particularly hirsute individual I find it to be a pain. I make exception in the summer months though when a little lotion south of the border can ward off any unwanted chafing.
I suppose you should if you need to.
I remember putting some of my mother's Oil of Olay on my face when I began to peel after a bad sunburn. The next day I developed a horrible case of pimpleitis.
I moisturise nearly every day. The new L'Oreal stuff is great, failing that Nivea for Men.
I also use it in the summer to avoid skin irritation between the thighs during long walks in a hot and humid ambience.

What? Your bottom??????
I moisturize and exfoliate
EEEEWWWW!!! Yuck! No, men shouldn't moisturize unless their skin is cracking..........I do NOT like soft smooth skin on a guy----that's jes' for us women.....and nothing turns me off more than a guy with smooth soft hands.......a guy's hands should be rough and calloused.....
Try KY jelly! Moisturizes great! caveman
