Top of the Ski Basin in Santa Fe NM when the Aspens change in the fall. A good book and a bottle of warm Ammaretto is the one of the best spots to be in my opinion.

My bed, just after I have changed all the linen, and its all crisp and cotton white, with the sun streaming in at the window, honey mellow and sleepy, a slight breeze teasing the muslin curtains, with a whole afternoon of nothingness ahead of me.

Last year my hubby and I went to Europe, it was nice. We’ve visited 15 different countries, slept at different hotels, private accommodations, etc, but the place that I fell in love with was not only amazing but blew my mind into the stratosphere. Especially, because originally I didn't even want to go there. If you've never been there you simply must visit it – Croatian Adriatic coast. French Riviera is only a shadow compared to this place. Suffice to say we’ve met there many French people on vacation, along with many Italians, Germans, Scandinavians, British, and some Americans. You simply must see it to believe it. People are friendly; food is fresh and natural, and talk about untouched nature, clean blue water, fresh air. Whole place is like a national park. Wooohoooo.

Ten minutes away are the Castle Grounds, twenty minutes away is Garry Beach, and thirty minutes away Dal Mor Beach, which looks out into the depths of the Atlantic ocean.

My most favourite place on earth is Nisyros which is a small volcanic island just off the coast of Kos in the Aegean sea....its unspoiled by tourists, quiet and the scenery is breathtaking and the locals are friendly....I class it as my island....my retreat.I discovered it on a boat trip some years ago and somehow part of me was left behind...someday soon I will go back.

There is a spot here along the River that I go ever so often, I have been going there since I was 15.
I can sit there and get fully connected once again.

In south africa there are so many wonderful place to just kick back and relax & see so much awesomeness. African sunsets, wildlife, mountains (and all in the same province/state) Nothing beats CAPE TOWN - It is gorgeous beyond words. Everything is so fantabulous there.
