Glad to hear you are following through with this. Your first trial was such an eye-opener seeing the elders squirm and lie through their teeth....especially Johnston or Jones...can't remember his name right now.

I will keep an eye on this thread to see the details of time and place the trial will be held. I hope to make it to this one too.

I think the elders will be brought into to testify; should be interesting to see if the protect him again, though I doubt they will becuase he is no longer a jw.

Interesting statement....just curious....can you tell us what happened that your father is no longer a JW. Was it his choice or did the elders actually disfellowship him?

Iam still finding out if it is open to the public. My dad decided to leave, he was not df'd. As soon as i know the time and proper location i will let everyone know. Its definitly at the court house in Orangeville , ontario, just north of toronto. Hope to see you if possible
