As a Child I grew up with no AC! My mother hated it and she always said it looks ugly on the house(no your red face dripping with sweat is ugly).
Well I have it now but I have no problem with heat. I just hate the stuffy part. I like your house cool in the summer.
Outside I love it when it is around 85!

Shelley misses Texas--heat and all--ssoo bad! The nursing board punished me by making me come to Oklahoma (temporarily) to clean up and get my act together. We were the ones on I-35 during TX/OU football games that played pranks on Oklahomans!! We were just awful!! And it was a blast!! This is my version of hell!

It was 107 here at 11:30 a.m... Which means it got even hotter as the day went by.

Nah, that's only after the shower, but that's in the morning when it isn't as hot.
Luckily, now the clouds and the rain are moving in. So it's only going to be around 20 outside and 25 in my room.
