Attending the hypnosis sessions meetings and reading ASLEEP AWAKE is the equivalent of a 4 year degree!
Of course... I dare you to put that on the job application...no matter how "poised and responsible" you are..

You are going to find it tougher to convince her in view of what some have reported about the anti-higher education emphasis at the distict conventions this year. You might want to mention to her that there are alot of folks out there who thought the same way she does in the early 1970s who regret not going to college. These days a college education might not make one rich, but it is increasingly becoming a prerequisite to being able to support oneself at all.
As was mentioned, the WTBTS does pay for some dubs to go through college and then law school, so it can't be all that bad.

tell her that there is a point. tell her that jehovah obviously gave her a gift. now is the time to seize it! when armaegedon is done, there will be a lot of work to be done, and jehovah is going to need a lot of smart educated people to help with logistics and cultural enrichment things. her university education could really come in handy at that point. it might also help the society now.
i find that for a witness to actually go through university and survive as a witness, would require phenomenal mental gymnastics. most drop the religion in the process. try to get her to go even if you have to play her game!
The WTS appeared to soften its stance on education in the 90's.
People needed training so they could support themselves in the pioneer misery.
Then it spoke of those who left school, foregoing advanced education to pioneer, but who then found they could not manage financially and gave up.
The study article then called such ones presumptuous!! Despite the fact that it was WT propaganda that persuaded them to this course!!
This is another example of the "rug pull" where those listening and obeying or quoting their crap are blamed when it goes pear shaped.
The latest DA did the same. Anyone who did not expect to grow old in this system are presumptuous. (WT said it first)
Anybody who believed armageddon would likely, or "appropriately" come in 1975, presumed too much or read too much into their blather.
After insisting about the resurrection and end in 1925, they again insisted the "friends" had been presumptuous and allowed the Devil to put these ideas in their hearts.
You need to get countless examples of "rug pulls" by the WTS and show her that when things get difficult they will just turn round and say "it's not our fault, YOU chose to believe what imperfect men said in a magazine edited by Jehovah..." (All of these points can be supported with hard evidence.- If she refuses to even look at it she is a fool.)
Yeah Armageddon has been coming soon for 130 years and counting.
