Man we gotta be "bro's"! I did and do have guns... but "Caesar" protects assholes from what they deserve... lucky them. What does she mean by this, it is the organisation's commandments, not Jehovah's. In any case, Christians were told to obey Christ's commandments. But then again JWs are not Christians.

This horrible concept is completely foreign to me. I hope you can work through this.

In my area, JWs don't take themselves so seriously. At least not that I know of. We disassociated ourselves years ago, yet we're still visited by elders and others members of the cong frequently.

I guess these cultists are more strict in other parts of the world. My advice to you would be to get in your family member's faces and tell them exactly how you feel. What have you got to lose? Let it all out, and don't be afraid.
