No it is not possible. They do not learn from their mistakes.
Look back at what they did with Ray Franz and a few other older men who they had lived and worked with.
Now look at the results of their actions. They have lost many influential people with first hand knowledge of the wbts. These people opened up and spilled out all the garbage they had lived in.
If they had treated the likes of Ray Franz with dignity and understanding, they would not have made such a dangerous foe out of Ray,
The gb is locked into the idea that beating the doubter and trying to demonize the doubter is the way to keep their position.
They do not have nor do they understand the concept of caring for and loving their neighbor.
They respect and care for and love no one. Not even their selves. If one does not love their self, they can not love anyone.

How about the "The Worldwide Church of God" that group of religious leaders did a quick change right after thier founder Armstrong kicked the bucket. Maybe after Jarzc trips and falls down some stairs and is left a parapalegic or something like that they could change.
