    two fingers, palm towards you, is a 'harvey smith'! in other words F** O**. this is in england. (harvey smith was a showjumper (in the '70s?) who did this at an international horseshow. caused an uproar. i enjoyed using it in utah with no consequences other than internal satisfaction . . .

    Two fingers held up in that manner is equivalent to the middle finger being raised in the US. When George Bush Snr was here last, he wouldn't relent on lowering some of the US trade barriers against Oz, and then was filmed making this sign from the back seat of his limo, not realising that that ISN'T the V for Victory sign over here. Kinda summed the whole thing up, really!
