I doubt anything could be done about ad content even if the owners of this site wanted to do something about it. I'm a volunteer admin at another site, and have on occasion reported inappropriate ad content there to the owner, he has told me that in most cases unless its really flagrant, there's nothing he can do. The reason being that his contracts are with parent companies, who then use the ads of whatever companies THEY have deals with. He did get them to remove an ad for enlargement of a certain portion of male anatomy that I reported once though.
