    Lobster/scallops

    Pasta tubes, stuffed w/ ricotta, drizzled with tomato meat sauce and a generous helping of parmesan on top

    I agree with Sunspot, it's strange how when eating out in a restaurant the same meal tastes better or can be enjoyed more than at home. Probably tastes even better when eaten at another house.

    Pork chops and rice. Take 1/2 cup rice stir fry with olive oil till slightly brown, remove from skillet set aside...1/4 chopped onion, one button finally chopped garlic, one stalk diced celery, stir fry till onion is soft...mix in to rice...brown 3-4 pork chops...spread rice mix into baking dish mix in one cup chicken or veg stock...place chops on top, bake uncovered in 275 deg. oven till rice is done...serve with green beans or veg of choice...learned from my mother.

    Breaded Steak with white rice, fried plantains and a side salad. Served with a really cold XX(dos equis) beer.

    Korean Barbeque Spicy Pork with steamed veggies. Had a friend make it for me once. Mostly got it takeout.

    Juicey sirloin on the grill medium rare

    Green beans

    soft fine grain potato bread and butter

    2 cold beers right out of the freezer.

    I still don't have the recipe, but the soup and rice that CSG and Valis make.
