Katiek, after pasting whatever it is you'd like to quote in the reply box, right click and highlight it. Then go up to the menu and click on the little balloon with the quotation marks in it (next to smiley face), and it will stick the stuff you highlighted in a box for ya. This is, of course, if you are using IE as a browser. I haven't tried with Mozilla or Netscape.
