I've been reading my wife's copy of Confessions of a Video Vixen" otherwise known as Super Head.
Interesting reading, but definitely not for children.

The book has been favorably reviewed in the Chicago Tribune, the Miami Herald, the New York Daily News, and the Washington Post. Recently, the Los Angeles Times Review of Books raved about it, too. It was just published in May by HarperCollins. It's Lisa's first novel.

Another good book I'm reading this summer is Jonathan Frantzen's "The Corrections." It's about a dysfunctional family (no, they'e not dubs).

I just finished The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini, about two boys growing up in Afghanistan. I thought it was pretty good.
