I have a question. Are witnesses allowed to go to proms? I am so far remove from it I really don't know what they teach on this now. All the witnesses in my family are drop outs.

No, I Quit they can't. Desiree, my daughter, had a friend that graduated as well that is a witness and she couldn't go, so sad.
