No problem. I enjoy apartame myself, so I'll just cut back the aspartame yoghurt and it should all be good.

Anyone remember Tab? That's what Coke Zero tastes like to me. My personal preference is Diet Pepsi.
Though I agree with Elsewhere that the diet soda that tastes most like the original is Diet Dr. Pepper.

I could never understand why people go for junk food sodas (soft drinks) at a time when there are so many nice fruit juices with a fair amount of vitamins and minerals. OK coke has a unique taste but why Fanta orange and not orange juice?

Greendawn-I think the problem here in the US is that Fanta is about $1.50 a six pack and orange juice is near 5 dollars for a 1/2 gallon. I love the real stuff myself, but have to limit what I buy because the price is so crazy. I know that I would love to eat only organic and treat my body right, but my budget does not allow.

$5 a gallon? Wow. Around here O.J. is always on sale. I used to think the same way about organic foods-they're too expensive, we can't fit them in the budget-but when you realize the health benefits you'll find a way to do it, and you'll realize that you're worth it.

Happy Planet is pretty good. They make fruit salads and pure fruit drinks.

3rdeye- No joke it is 3.99 a HALF Gallon. So A gallon has to be upward of 6. And yes as often as possible we eat a lot from the health food store. I personally could talk 2 of the three kids into it, but the oldest son is a huge monster horse who can eat like I have not ever seen, and he is still growing. He is 15 and just passed me in height. Size 13 shoes, so I am sure he is still growing. He can drink a gallon of milk in a sitting unless I put a curb on it.

Sparkplug I didn't realise that orange juice is so expensive for you, here I can buy good quality orange , apple or pineapple juice 1L (all made from concentrate)for about $1 which works out similar to a Fanta or other sodas. I think 1L = 3.7 US gallons.

You are right frozen cans are less expensive. They are working the way up to 2 dollars a container. I think it takes 2 for a gallon. Unless you do not care if it is watered down. I just got a deep freezer, so maybe I will go back to that route.
