Here's another one. Could you engineer with your wife that the super-sister-pioneer is "causing divisions" in your family and get her to request (or request yourself) that the elders to assign someone else? This will get super-sister-pioneer's nose out of joint, the local KH will have something to gossip about for weeks, and the elders will be seriously put-out trying to find a replacement. No doubt there are few "sisters" in the hall who would relish being the replacement for super-sister-pioneer and risk that woman's undying enmity.

That is exactly the kind of stuff I am looking for. I am not saying it will all work the way you are talking about. These are all based on a complex combination of personalities. I understand nobody is going to be able to give me an exact plan.
I am just hoping to get some ideas that can help me understand how to proceed.
