I hate to rain on the parade, but for whatever reason after the initial fun wears off, the new bride seems to hate being married for the first 12 months or so. Clear that hurdle, and you'll be in pretty good shape, that said asssuming everything else goes well.
OK married laides, flame me away...

Exactly how many times have you been married to make this definitive prophecy Cygnus.? You don't think its just the experience of being married to you that women hate per chance?
Anyway MR and MRS diamondblue have been together long enough for the wedding to simply be a public statement of their love and not make any difference to their relationship.
And furthermore Mr DB said thank you to everyone for their good wishes, the wedding went perfectly and that the day was fabulous. I guess we'll hear more after the honeymoon!
My first year was great. I was expecting the shoe to drop in the second year, and it didn't. Year three was a little more stormy.
Having been married for over 12 years, though separated for nearly the last couple, I have to say that it's a reasonable institution
Me and Amy had our 1st anniversary on 3/7 and we are still as besotted as we ever were, and it gets stronger all the time.
Congrats again to Mr and Mrs DB!!!
Hmm I can't really see how marriage is any different to living together. i would just say that each year is better than the last in terms of trust. The quality of the sex improves - unfortunately the quantity diminishes.
