CHRIS!!! Good God man! Next you'll be using double negatives. LOL
As a doc you learn that death is part of the life cycle. Some do real well with this. Others do not. While the medical profession is filled with many good caring folks, it is also a challenge to many. A challenge of their skills vs. the weakness of the body. A challenge to best the opponent. That the opponent (death, disease, etc.) shall be beat back into the corner. Who is the greater warrior? Death? Not on my watch! Unfortunately these white knights of humanity get beat down by the evil lawyers and the vile insurance companies. Even super heros have their kryptonite. LOL -

Actually I'm living in Mexico and speaking Spanish most of the time. Double negatives are OK in Spanish. It's common for people learning a another language to transfer features from the second language to their first language. So, yes, probably I'll be using double negatives in English. LOL
