Actually, that is a generic joke,,, I have seen it used with regard to several different groups, and I too feel it is in poor taste,,, unless it refers to dogs, who traditionally drink from the toilet.

If I have offended anyone with the Spaghetto Joke, I sincerely apologize. I meant no offense. It really didn't sound racist to me at the time, however, I am a little dim-witted.
