That site definitely gives a bad first impression. The name and imagery 'implies' that they'd use military force to get converts, even though that's not the actual message.
I can't help but think that this was intentional.

The US has a number of military colleges and training programs (ROTC, etc.), which train young men and women to lead our nation's military. Graduates of these colleges and programs receive commissions as officers, often becoming national and world leaders. Force Campus Ministries will reach these young people to equip them to maintaing Christlike character and values.
They are also partnered with coaches and professional athletes, if you dig deep enough on the website. It seems to be a Xtian recruitment operation within the military.
