GUILT That was my middle name before I legally changed it
I remember sitting on a bus and listening to two strangers talk about something bad that someone they knew did and I would feel guilty - no kidding. I had it bad.
But breaking from the JWs allowed me the freedom lose the guilt. I don't feel bad or guilty about leaving. I do wish I had believed there was another way to do it but hey I'm free and in the end that is what coults
Ozzie, why is "dangerous" that I have very little guilt?
I was talking to an inactive JW and she said she was loaded with guilt and dread, thinking she might be destroyed at Armageddon. I have no such feelings. How about you?
Yes.....My thinking was something like that........UNTIL I learned the 'truth about the truth'.
Yes, I still fight many feelings of guilt. Some days I'm fine, others I'm still over-ridden with it. It is improving as time goes by, though.
