  Using the Lulu book cost calculator, you can see that they are getting a royalty of $10.82 per copy.

  ...for a book that can be obtained elsewhere for much less. Probably they didn't do much market research.

  And that's assuming the webmaster is getting the full commission as the publisher. Also, Lulu charges shipping to the webmaster, so factoring that in, it's not as much as it appears.
