That is not a new practice.

What if the Aux. pioneers just don't leave after the first half?

Likewise I don't think its new.
Remember CO having a meeting with Reg Pioneers, Aux Pioneers and ANY who were thinking of pioneering. And I'm going back 10+ years

Is this supposed to be a privilege? When I was a pioneer, we dreaded the meeting with the co. He was of the "old school", full of criticism if you hadn't got lots of studies, and if you were behind in your hours well, you were in for it. I have seen sisters leave those meetings in tears.

Auxiliary pioneers and those "interested in pioneering" have been invited in the past to the first half of the pioneer meeting.

Well, they'd probably be escorted to the door, and it would be a long time before they got approved as auxiliary pioneers again...

The second half is absolutelly non eventful and uninteresting, as it likely adds nothing to an already empty gathering, but it has to be kept a "privilege" only for the superior casta.
That's the ORG's way.
