I wouldn't do any job for any amount of money if I didn't love what I was doing, or believe in my work.... I liked the way jgnat put it, if you're there just for the paycheck why be there at all? Edited for spelling.....
If you were paid to be an active JW, would you accept?

NO!
I was just thinking this evening on the way home from work, I could prolly get a job at the casino and be on easy street compared to how I'm living now, as I have the 'right' experience in hospitality and some connections,,, but my conscience just won't let me ... you couldn't pay me enough to do something that goes so against my grain. Living as a JW would be the ultimate in violating my personal code of ethics.

I couldn't do a job if I knew that it was causing others to live a miserable life. I couldn't knowingly sentence someone to life as a JW. That's too harsh a punishment for most crimes.

My first thought was "Hell yeah, for enough money."
Then, I got to thinking, how much is enough? Considering everything you have to go through. Not to mention, all the gas you'd have to buy for going out in service.... Then, I realized, my stomach was churning and my head was throbing... just thinking about it made me ill!

Stop insulting hit men/women! It's a much nobler career than being a JW! W

Hell, no! I'd rather work as a thrash collector than as a trash dispenser.
