Dodgy stuff, you could even consider this to be some sort of perverse behaviour. I would find it hard to believe that in this day and age, to staunch blood loss from a wound from someone else's genital area, you wound suck the blood with your own mouth etc. Not many would volunteer for that IMO unless you are a dodgy asshole to start with.
