I graduated in surfing and smoking pot as a teen. (got straight A's)
Got my diploma in mid 90's whilst exiting jws

Vietnam was still happening - had to register for the draft. Nixon was in - then out. Bell Bottom pants - polyester of course. Long hair - except for us witness boys.
I pioneered and went to tour bethel that year.

I graduated in 1966, was told prior to graduation by lady who was a really good friend of my mom and dad, that i had already been picked by the local draft board and I would be notified in Aug. This was in April of that year, so I joined the Army went AirBorne Infantry and did 42 months in Vietnam, Decided if I had to go I would go on my terms. This was a real lesson in what happens to the haves and the have nots. We hadn't even graduated and the list was already done, and wouldn't you know it the haves kids were drafted just the have nots. Was just like the cliques I found when I got to California in the witnesses. Those that have, have, those that don't, don't.

June 1969, Southern Regional High School, Manahawkin, NJ........drank Jack Daniels with Janis Joplin in April, Graduated, Went to Woodstock (can show you my picture on the album cover) and went to Hawaiia in November (society tour to convention....attended on session).
