If you are a JW again it should not be a problem for you to get a km. Why did you ask?

I haven't been to a meeting (well, I went to one) in two years, and I think they only give the KM's to people who hand in time, which I never do and will never do ... but really, I was more concerned when the special needs talk is going to be to see if they're going to talk about me. I'm only a JW again because I forced them to reverse their decision to DF me. I'm apostate in heart and deed.

There is a local needs talk every month as printed in the KM. The week and length of the talk are predetermined by the society. The subject of the talk is up to each individual body of elders. The bodies of elders are not provided a subject for the local needs talk. The society used to leave it up to each congregation when they would have a local needs talk which tended to make it very "needs" specific. Now, however, they schedule one each month to force the brothers to do it regularly. The problem? The brothers usually pick the same few topics; service, attendance, commenting, personal study, bible reading, being nice, service. Yes that's service twice. Waste of time.
I can't scan but I post each week's service meeting schedule for all who are interested. Will do this week's on Tuesday.
