just got home from another 911 ER visit for intolerable pain... getting quite used to hospitals... i'm ok for now, could be worse... just feel 'very low in meself' to quote alex delarge

It took me two years to get over my car crash. I still get pain. I can really feel for you, along with all the other stuff in your life it must be hard. In my experience things do get better.
Don't shut yourself away. Nobody on this board expects you to have your life in order before you come here. Let's face it: if we were all happy and well adjusted and undamaged would any of us come here to vent and share and cry and celebrate our little victories?
