WOW!!
They look so scary........
Something also interesting to me Frannie, I recieved an e-mail ( a forward actually) the other day from someone and those same photos were in the same e-mail but the capture was stating that the pictures were taken from Orangeville Ontario claiming to be a Tornadoe...
Goes to show ya, you cant believe everything you see or read these days eh....
Thanks for the truth of the pics though...
God bless those that lived or passed in that hurricane...

Yes, it does resemble a tornado, but then....hurricanes are giant water spouts or water tornadoes anyway.
And Scully, that was the prettiest picture, wasn't it? It's just awesome what weather changes can do to the sky. Sometimes I think the sky in any time of daylight looks like an ever-changing painting. Sunrises and sunsets and stormy weather can be awesome and none are ever the same.

Maybe that's what Preston was referring to (Alberta), but I didn't know they had flatlands up there in Ontario, Morty. I do know that the Gulf Coast is definitely flat for the most part, except for the occasional mound caused by oil under the ground.
Nice to see you too, Morty! Haven't seen you around in a bit, eh?
