Don't forget a PayPal account that will accept credit cards. There is a nominal as a merchant account, but they are an excellent online bank. Someone will need to set up a non-profit org on this, or it is taxable. I don't know what canadian law is on this. But this is an issue.

Great picture and idea RR. Some of the other ideas that were posted are good too. The only problem is that most people outside of the JW world, don't know who the Watchtower Society is. They know who the Jehovah's Witnesses are but they don't know there is a ruling empire called the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society.
If you are going to make up T-shirts or posters, keep it in terms the public will understand.
