I see it!! Thank you Sparkplug!! I looked up the Texas State Fair 2005. It is too late to enter it this year. They mail out forms in May. Although the Glue a Shoe is still open. http://www.bigtex.com/creativearts/contests/ Check under Rules and Regs. at the very bottom for instructions. Sorry, I was already thinking I would be seeing it, when we go down for the fair.
I wonder what will be the food of the year this year. In past years it has been
Fried Twinkies, fried Snickers and Milky Way, But the best was last year, FRIED OREOS. OMG they were wonderful. Don't know how they could top those. I found out how they made them, but haven't tried to. I just love Fair Food. I just try not to think about cleanliness. HL
