THE MOTIVES OF GOOD JWS WHO POST ON THIS SITE

I had made some statements about this on a couple of threads earlier. These people are here supporting the borg and it's beliefs knowing full well that if they were caught here they could be disfellowshipped. If these that are of the like think that they are going to save some back to the borg, as far as I know that they are not even allowed to do this here. There teachings even say that coming to places like this are dangerous and should not be frequented.

In an earlier post here on this thread someone said that not very often do we help others here on this site ? Well let me say this bucko, this site helped me come out of the borg clear back in 2001, yes I had some battles with some that were critical or rude, but we as individuals meet people like that all over the world, JW's and alike. But as far as getting help to leave the borg ? I have to say hell yes !!!!

There have been threads that asked to post your photo and I could not help but notice that these particular people have not put their photo in those threads. So my question is " what are you hiding from"? Oh I know you are affraid that you will be caught on this site..Fear is exactly what the borg wants you to feel. It is their way of keeping control on the flock. Well sorry to say this but there are a lot of scared JW's , I was scared at one time also but I am a strong person who can stand up for myself when defiled by others.

The JWs who consider themselves in 'good standing' only post here in order to count it as 'time in service'.

Little do they know that if the WBTS got wind of them reading, let alone posting, on a website such as this one they'd at the very least be reproved for having association with 'apostates'.

want to prove to themselves that their faith can stand up to that dangerous place called the internet.

I've never known any who post and count time. Back in the day, the above was my motive.

I hope they keep coming...and we keep remembering that we were once just like them, at least some of us.

defd and scholar are not the same person. They have completely different writing styles. I think defd remains for the same reason many of us do. He wants to make a difference.

I am certain many of them are counting field service time. As for def-d, he certainly has some of the "rebel" in him and I believe its just a matter of time before we are all sharing a beer with him when he hosts "Aposta-Fest" 2006.

"Scholar" is a computer virus that forces the board to generate the words "celebrated watchtower scholars" randomly every 10 or 20 posts.

Now that made me smile. First time all weekend too. But that will never happen (we are all sharing a beer with him when he hosts "Aposta-Fest" 2006.)

    Defd,

I appreciate that expression. I believe you on both counts. I believe you are addicted and I believe you want to help those on their way out by "snatching them out of the fire." I just wish would not assume that any question you can't answer is automatically insincere or foolish. I also wish you would stop playing judge as to motive. You are not a discerner of hearts. You assume someone else's seat when you do that, a seat somewhat more lofty than that of Moses.

Being unable to sustain your religion's doctrine Scripturally should make you seriously consider whether you are "noble-minded" (which means "fair-minded in your evaluation of a matter") or whether you have accepted leaven (impurities) as truth along with other truths.

Every ounce of rationale behind submitting to the authority of the Faithful and Discreet Slave is vested in the doctrine that (1) as a class they comprise (2) God's spirit-directed organization on earth today (3) for the purpose of discerning and dispensing "new light" (4) to the other sheep who can't get this light through any other means.

You have yet to show Scripture supporting any of these inviolable doctrinal points. Do you know of any Scriptural proof? If so, please help me get out of the fire.

    Respectfully,

Look. When you stop and break it down, it's simple...

JWs believe that the org is Jehovahs mouthpiece (lipservice, if you will). That all that is written by the WT and for the WT is directly from jehovah.

When the litter-ature instructs and/ or highly suggests that they avoid areas such as this forum and evil apostate chatrooms, it is to be believed that that is coming STRAIGHT FROM THE MOUTH OF JEHOVAH, right?

So, why do they not adhere?

Three guesses. And the first two don't count!

    LOL

I left once for a while and I am about to leave again and who knows maybe for good this time.

You can't leave, defd. I have grown fond of you in recent weeks. You are too much of an independent thinker to just up and leave us.

Wait a minute...doesnt the society say that independant thinking is from satan? Has anyone else read of this?
