I wanted to get a Mac this this time Chrissy but I couldn't convince my wife to switch. I may have to get one on my own to try. The reason I would like to switch is we do so much finacial stuff online these days with 401k, IRAs, credit union and banking and there is always the chance that someone is trying to get your info. You don't have the virus and spy problems with the Mac like you have with the PC.

I just bought a pimped out one and brought it to Mexico for a friend. Laptops in Mexico cost $2,500 USD for crap. She got a compaq qith dvd burner, wirless net, 512 ram and 60gb hdd for under $1,000 USD. I also put ms office and acrobat 7 and software to copy dvds and strip region off.
