Wouldn't it be correct to say Ted Bundy is a bit OFF IN THE HEAD.
So the Tower thinks nothing of quoting people who think slaughter is just a way of life... like going to the office everyday.
I would think you would want to quote him only to show just how sick and deranged his is.

Well, I think their reasonings support a pet hypothesis of mine:
Habitual milk consumption leads to criminal behavior.
A study conducted recently revealed that 100% of inmates in the US had consumed some milk containing substance at some point in their life. Most confessed to being habitual milk drinkers throughout their infancy and early childhood. This has led me to shocking concerns over milk consumption and its possible contribution to all kinds of criminal behavior. Ted Bundy even drank milk!
