Yes that freaked me out too!!! LOL....... What used to freak me out was reading about how totally incompatible I was with Cancer, there were several sites that actually listed all the problems we would be having and only looking at such information years after starting the relationship did I realize it was completely accurate! LOL. So I guess that sort of blew away the self-fulfillig prophecy theory!!

I do believe that there is a possibility that the season/month of our births somehow affect our personality. Some friends of mine had my astrology chart done for my birthday present. For the most part, it was 90% accurate. I don't, however, believe that it can predict compatibility. My ex and I were supposed to be completely compatible star-wise but our personalities were not compatible in the least.

Kid-A, I too am an Aries and it is dead on about my personality!!! Plus I find myself attracted to Leo's....I only looked into this about a year ago and was overwhelmed by the info. One of my best and closest friends was an Aries!!! It's like we knew what each other was thinking...now I understand why! I do know a couple of Aries that really don't fit the desciption though, and that makes me wonder. Very interesting subject!

Seriously, though, I don't know of any studies that show any corrolation between tempermant and time of birth. In fact, study after study shows the opposite.

What we are seeing is a well known psychological phenomenon called the Forer Effect, or the Barnum Effect.
