There is a tribe of North American Indians that go by the name of the Hekawee. When questioned about their origin they told me that long ago their leader looked out over a mountain top and exclaimed, " Where the heck are we? "
Sooooooooo, the Hekawee, a little known tribe and word was born.

I made this one up a few years ago and, narcissist that I am, was surprised it never caught on:
"Epuffany" which means mind-altering aha insights sparked by smoking illicit substances. Inspired by the marriage of "epiphany" and "puffing" (By the way, I've never smoked any substances, illicit or otherwise, though I have broken just about every other rule).
