  Isnt the one thing they have taught you in the hall is that jehovah reads hearts? The God that I believe in now that Im away from that controlling unloving organization is that God and Religion are juxtaposed . God cant possibly have anything to do with groups of people who hate other groups of people because their beliefs are different than their own. Or a religion who believes they own Gods loyalty exclusively and only they have Gods ear in prayer and only their ways are the ways to any sort of salvation. All bogus.

  Frankly my love, God, Jehovah, if you will, is the least of your worries. He always will love you and your spiritual journey. The JWs would have you think your spiritual journey ends at the Kingdoom Hall doors. Keep on knocking, keep on seeking....THATs what you do. :)

  I just had my first child

  baby girl, 6 lbs, 14 oz, 19-3/4in, looks like me they say.... still in awe... there were some complications, but mom and baby are doing good.

  i would just like some opinions on something that seems strange to me.

  there is a man at my sons' school who comes every day to pick up his daughter.

  he has always been friendly with me, and i am friendly back, which is fine.

  This guy is soooo hitting on you. Stop being nice. I know that sounds rather rude...but some people totallly misinterpret nice for "interested". I know of what I speak. If he passed you that card like that, like he was a double agent and giving you the microchip...then obviously he wants you to play the game.....to do something forbidden with him.

  Tell him thanks for the card and that you gave it to your aunt who needs some work on her house and if he ignores the 27 cats he could probably make some good money there. And to have a good day. After that you give him a huge exaggerated wink and walk away.

  PS I agree he is creepy. Steer totally clear after that.

  want to study with me last winter.

  he came into my house and while walking around looking at things he noticed my shelved collection of video games, some going back 15 years, but most old playstation rpg and racing games, a few ps2 rpg'd mixed in.

  the usual stuff, final fantasy and such.

  witnesses are supposed to be "exemplary" and not like the "world".

  yet some jws are pretty notorious.. did you know of any jws that did some real bad things?.

  i knew a pious witness who got caught twice trying to solicit prostitutes.

  brother who was a born in, mother was annointed dad an elder, himself an exbethelite...brought young under aged brothers to pool halls and brothels in the city and ran an S&M internet ring with only other JWs which he took great pride in. he admitted he cheated on his wife a minimum of 5 times the first of which was less than a month from their marriage date. Real freakin prize that one.

  my brother in law left us and went to his heaven to be with his dad today at 1:20pm pacific.

  it took his strong body almost two days to give up its fight.

  now we can move on..... his daughter is due to have a new baby on may 20th....a very sad and very happy time and the continuation of life..

  now I get an angry post from my sister that I had to have her permission to post that he had died on my facebook page after asking all those friends of hers, his and ours...to pray for them. That I had no right to post that private information. but she did on hers so....wtf. I dont have a manual about dealing with this. No matter what I do its wrong. fuck my life

  There is large extended family all around for her. But a girl shouldnt have to bury her daddy at 58 years old. We can only hold her and hug her and help her but nothing will fill that hole in her, or our, hearts.

  My kitty is having kittens soon and Im stressing about it. Advice?

  like i dont have enough going on right now...my kitty is expecting and im not sure when she actually got pregnant but im thinking her due date might be around 5/10.

  i have read online a bit about the process and i hope she can handle this.

  i made a secure and private kittening box for her and she seems to like it in there with ripped up rags she can pile up into a nest.

  Misery you dont mean to come off insensitive??? EPIC FAIL Cripes....what a nasty comment.

  Im an INTENSE animal lover and I didnt adopt my babies from animal shelters to sit back and watch them die. And yes I was going to have her spayed, but she got out the door one night like shit through a goose, and I didnt find her until 6:30AM the next day. She wasted no time on her night out on the town.

  And so I will do whatever I can to help her.
