  How are Pro-JW sites handling the RC situation ???

  ARC: why the contstant secrecy?

  anyone watching the inquiry would have heard the org's attorney asking that the documents outlining the stucture and mechanics of the wbts be kept confidential.

  all this subversive and clandestine behavior is not helping their image.

  what do you all suppose is potentially damnimg in these documents?

  If these documents are financial in nature keeping them secret may have to do with avoidance of contributing into a redress scheme the Commission is hoping to set up for victims.

  Re finacial documents: The Commission is hoping to put together a redress scheme to compensate victims.

  If it goes ahead,it's likely the organization will contribute according to number of members and size of bank account.

  Regardless of this post. One thing has become clear over the course of the ARC. The WT do not want Jackson to appear. Terry Obrien has been called out trying to mislead the Commission over it. My question is why?

  Is Geoffrey W. Jackson a "ringer"? Was he sent coached how to testify? Is this a setup? I think so.

  if you have heard g. jackson speak you can tell that he is smooth.

  he is a good speaker with a commanding voice.

  i think the gb knew this was going to happen and prepped him to testify.

  Great information for survivors zeb. Thanks.

  Listening to this ARC has been hard at times enthraliing at others, but it also may be the closest thing to justice many of us whatever our abuse was may get.

  Why are they so loath to put any GB members on the stand?

  And what is in those documents (tendered in the hearing yesterday by Stewart) that WT lawyers don't want made public?

  It seemed obvious to me that all the elders that appeared were all coached.

  They all tried to avoid the same questions about The GB, the role of the Aus branch, they all had the same spiel re always encourging victims to report to authorities, same memory gaps, same prevarication, circular arguements. Oh I have no doubt they were coached and if Jackson does appear he will be as well.

  i actually started clapping at that point, as his honour explained to the wt type creep sycophantic slithery lawyer that........" i understand that we all have issues to face in life and .....that is a part of life...........however it has become obvious that this man ....is in such a position to assist with this investigation.....".

  it boils down to the fact that stewart outright accused the latest witness of misleading the royal commission and this lead to some document searches which led his honour to conclude that they had been protecting mr jackson.

  this was a warm and fluffy moment folks.................brilliant stuff!!!!!
