JWs biggest problem is not doctrinal issues
by Chook init's biggest problems are associated with its lack of genuine love and concern for the rank& file.
the average person doesn't need a food critic to tell them their hamburger is shit, in the same manner the average person can discern kindness and love.
gbs fake love and concern is evident in the way head office deals with victims of sexual abuse by jw clergy.

I agree most JWs do not know or care about doctrinal discrepancies and inconsistencies. This religion has been slowly morphing into a venga bus fake love fest for some time now and if someone feels a part of that they will remain loyal to it unquestioningly.
Gone are the days of the thinking JW that did things on principle and knew their bible and their religions doctrine and were capable of debating it.
Witness 2.0 in 2017 and beyond is ideally for the GB as shallow intellectually as emotionally and leaves the thinking up to the GB and couldn't care less about doctrine or history or Jesus.

The thing is, religious organizations can get away with a lot more - all in the name of freedom of religion.
The question is why does WT insist on this rule and not just let it be none of their damn business what medical treatments the congregants receive. Why would this issue need to be a do or die deal-breaker for people? The GB could call it all off and call it new light but they don't, why not? There is something more than "bible command" at play here.

New Cringe Worthy Music Video From July Broadcast
by JW_Rogue inthe song is supposedly about marveling at god's creation but instead includes over the top adoration of the elders, conventions, and family worship.
lol getting a brother who sounds like a wannabe josh groban only adds to the cheesiness.

Surely, this is all just posturing on both sides?
Frankly it's hard to take either leader seriously, though, I do believe Trump would act on threats if he feels he has to.

I don't think for one moment any of their stories are real. But, they do seem to be particularly picking on lesbians.

"Even if this wasn't the truth, I would still stay. This is the best life to live..."
by HereIgo ini was recently told this by a jw family member when trying to get through to them.
does this quote indicate that maybe such ones have considered that the jw's may not have the truth after all?
or is that just my wishful thinking?

They only say that "best way to live" crap if they feel safe and sound in the bossom of the congregation and have never felt the pain of a congregation witch hunt, an unkind unjustified character assassination a disfellowshipping or being blanked over something as ridiculous as a hairstyle.

Boy, they really are hammering this lesbian thing aren't they.
I always thought male homosexuality would be more prevalent amongst JWs, historically and now.

Really struggling to go on
by Isambard Crater inso, so much has happened in my life over the years and continues to happen, but i won't go into the details as it would take a long time.. i don't really know why, but i returned to "the truth" 15 years ago.
in 2012 when the tv broadcasting station launched, i started to develop doubts.
the australian royal commission and other scandals made me angrier, and i now don't believe most of the core teachings.. the only reason i show up at 5 or 6 meetings each month is to keep in contact with my parents and a few other family members.. but it's killing me, literally.

You really are not going to feel better until you start saying yes to yourself and no to excessive unreasonable demands of family. You have a right to privacy and personal time. The family may not like it, but, given time, they will get use to it without the sky falling. Other people are strong enough to deal with less of you while you regroup emotionally.

It's actually normal and healthy to start leading your own life apart from your parents.
Don't believe the WT propoganda that grown-ass people should remain bound to their parents physically as in (doing everything their parents do) and mentally (as in thinking everything their parents do) - for life!
Any parent or organization that expects that does not have your best interests at heart.
Only you are responsible for you and your choices, so choose life outside of a mind control cult. Your mind will thank you for it.
