so i was seating at the meeting this past sunday.

the latest wt article to be studied speaks of "using our imagination" to think about the blessings of the kingdom.

the whole study was centered around how we can, and should, spent time visualizing ourselves in the new world, working along with our brothers.

in my cong ( my wives cong.

) there is a lady who attends every meeting , minus the field service just like a regular dub.

it just seems odd she has not taken the dip yet.

I guess some are addicted to the special treatment and free pass you get while unbaptized.

Get everyone running around after you, being extra careful not to offend you lest a"millstone be tied around their neck..." for "stumbling one of theses little ones" blah blah.

These people aren't slow they're smart, putting off baptism puts off accountability.

i was baptized then i was 15 years old and just entering high school.

i had been a perfect jw teenager through out my high school years, although i craved to be a little bit worldly.

when i graduated high school, i moved out and got a job working with my older non-jw brother.

As far as I can tell Ricky the Organization that calls itself Jehovah's Witnesses exploits the natural desire of people to feel loved and accepted. They crap on about God not being partial, but they are happy to judge and condemn on matters which are none of their business.They say God is love, but they are the masters of cruel unloving behavior. They say God forgives but they certainly reserve the right to hold your mistakes against you forever.

They are hypocrites and liars and you are better off without them.

Where are all these New Anointed Ones Coming from?

back in the early 70s, right before 1975 we had about 7 or 8 thousand professed anointed.

cant remember the exact number.

but at every convention we were told that the end is close ---because---the number of anointed is getting smaller and smaller.

I believe the WT have painted themselves into a corner in so many ways.

They have been throwing resources (human and monetary) around like a stoned hip hop artist for so long and failed to notice that they are losing popularity and fans fast.

They have driven off the best of their human assets ie the thinkers, or anyone with heart, because they simply don't care about retaining good people while they have plenty of new recruits to use and throw away.

We are already seeing changes that could only be construed as swerving to avoid the approaching fiscal cliff.

Fat lady start singing your heart out.

I agree for all the reasons given in the article that the WT is faced with a decision: adapt ot die.

Reform would be the logical conclusion (put through the WT spin-cycle to emerge as nu-lite of course.)

I 'm just dying to see which way this particular cat is going to jump.
